INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”), we present the following information.

§ 1. IDENTIFICATION OF THE ADMINISTRATOR

The administrator of your personal data is the Father Damian de Veuster Foundation, 04-886 Warszawa, ul. Garncarska 32 (hereinafter referred to as the “Foundation”). In matters of personal data processing, please contact us at info@piusx.org.pl

§ 2. OBJECTIVES AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The Foundation processes your personal data for the purpose of providing you with information related to the Foundation’s activities, and registering you for the 30th International Walking Pilgrimage of Catholic Tradition to Jasna Góra and sending information by e-mail and post (Article 6 section 1(a) of the GDPR).

§ 3. OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE PERSONAL DATA

Providing your personal data is voluntary, but it is related to signing up for the Pilgrimage.

§ 4. INFORMATION ABOUT THE RECIPIENTS OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the processing of your personal data for the purposes indicated in paragraph 2, your personal data may be made available only to public authorities and entities performing public tasks or acting on behalf of public authorities, to the extent and for purposes that result from legal provisions and will not be made available to any other entities.

§ 5. PERIODS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Your personal data will be processed until you withdraw your consent to such processing.

§ 6. PROFILING AND AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING

Your personal data will not be used to profile you or to make automated decisions regarding you

§ 7. RIGHTS OF THE PERSON TO WHOM THE DATA CONCERNS

The Foundation would like to assure you that all persons whose personal data are processed by the Foundation have appropriate rights under the GDPR. Therefore, you have in particular the following rights:
1. the right to access personal data, including the right to obtain a copy of this data;
2. the right to request rectification (correction) of personal data – if the data is incorrect or incomplete;
3. the right to request the deletion of personal data (the so-called “right to be forgotten”);
4. the right to request restriction of the processing of personal data.

§ 8. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

You have the right to withdraw consent to process the personal data which you consented to be processed. Withdrawal of consent has no effect on lawfulness of data processing which took place before the withdrawal.

§ 9. RIGHT TO SUBMIT A COMPLAINT TO THE SUPERVISORY BODY

If you conclude that the Foundation’s processing of your personal data violates the regulations of General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to file a complaint to the supervisory authority

§ 10. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO ENTITIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA (“EEA”) OR INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS

The Foundation will not share your personal data with entities based outside of the EEA.
